The internalization of religious values from an early age is a crucial aspect of shaping children’s character and personality. In the context of Islamic education, instilling the attributes of Allah Ar-Rahman an Ar-Rahim serves as a fundamental foundation for developing compassion, empathy, and social concern in early childhood. However, conveying theological values that are abstract in nature often presents challenges in Early Childhood Education (PAUD). Therefore, contextual learning strategies that align with children’s developmental characteristics are needed. This study aims to examine strategies for internalizing the attributes of Allah Ar-Rahman and Ar-Rahim through the role playing method in early childhood education, The research employs a qualitative approach using library research. Data were collected though a review of books, scholarly journal articles, and relevant previous studies. Data Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive-analytical method by organizing and interpreting findings based on the research themes The results indicate that role playing is effective in helping children understand and internalize values of compassion in a concrete manner through role-play experiences closely related to their daily lives . This method not only enhances children’s cognitive understanding of religious values but also encourages the habituation of empathetic and prosocial behaviors. Thus, the role-playing method can be considered a relevant and meaningful learning strategy for internalizing the attributes of Allah Ar-Raḥmān and Ar-Raḥīm in early childhood education..
