Main Article Content
Abstract
Mental health is a serious problem in educational settings that can disrupt students' psychological and social development. This study aims to examine how the integration of deep learning technology and Islamic boarding school values can improve the effectiveness of school programs in supporting student mental health at Nurul Jadid High School. The method used was a qualitative approach with a case study strategy through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the use of deep learning technology can provide accurate data on students' psychological conditions, such as stress levels, anxiety, and risk of depression, allowing for more personalized and targeted interventions. However, the role of guidance counselors remains crucial as human-in-the-loop educators in validating technology recommendations to ensure they align with students' social and emotional contexts. These findings also emphasize that integrating technology with Islamic boarding school values can create more adaptive preventive and curative strategies, reduce the risk of bullying, increase student engagement, and foster a welcoming and inclusive school environment. This study concludes that the implementation of deep learning, synergized with the role of teachers and school culture, can be an effective intervention model to support mental health while strengthening a healthy educational climate at Nurul Jadid High School.
