This community service program aims to strengthen the understanding and implementation of the Eight National Education Standards (NES) at SDIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon through a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach integrating collaborative workshops and continuous mentoring. The program involved 30 teachers and educational staff, with data collected through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, NES understanding questionnaires, and analysis of school quality documents. The novelty of this program lies in its implementative mentoring that links NES understanding with the alignment of quality documents and classroom practices in an integrated manner. The results show a significant increase in the average NES understanding score, from 62% before the intervention to 89% after the workshops and mentoring, with the highest improvement observed in the management and financing standards, along with the strengthening of a more systematic internal quality reflection and evaluation culture
