Traditional agricultural practices in Binor Village often suffer from inefficiencies in water management and time utilization due to manual watering methods. This community service (PKM) program aims to empower local farmers by implementing an Internet of Things (IoT)-based automatic plant watering system integrated with fuzzy logic. The program was conducted through situational analysis, system installation, and intensive capacity-building workshops. Program efficiency and effectiveness were evaluated by measuring water consumption and daily labor hours, alongside assessing the farmers' technological adaptability through pre- and post-tests. The results indicate that the system successfully optimized water usage. Furthermore, the farmers' capability to operate the technology increased by 80%. The long-term impact of this program is a transformation toward sustainable, digital-based agriculture, thereby enhancing economic resilience, technological literacy, and agricultural independence in Binor Village
